Thai Veggies with Shrimp
- 1 serving shrimp, cooked as you like (I used baked popcorn shrimp because it's what we had on hand)
- 1 cup broccoli slaw
- 1/2 cup snow peas
Sauce: 1 Tbsp. peanut butter, microwaved until soft, mixed with ~1/2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sriracha, and a dash of fish sauce
Saute the broccoli slaw and snow peas, pour the sauce over the veggies when cooked to your liking, and add the shrimp!
~350 calories and delicious! :)
